We work with entrepreneurs from many different industries who have working capital needs of at least $1 million up to $50 million and who require and value our skills and approach to business. ICP understands the special needs of early stage and emerging growth companies and we look to provide the missing resources and skills that each entrepreneur and small-medium business needs to form a complete, fully functional and effective company or group of companies. ICP does not just invest in companies, we become an equal part of them.  

Our role is to help maximize business potential, provide guidance and critical resources, create business synergies across ICP's portfolio companies, and eventually capture the wealth created from the partnership through a liquidity event. We look to share the ownership and profits of the venture on an equitable basis. Our philosophy is different from traditional Venture Capitalists and Debt or Equity Finance Institutions.
